Throughout my career, I helped young adults and adults in various clinical settings, including hospitals, workplaces, and clinics.
I assist young adults transitioning from the teenage phase to university life, offering support as they gain independence and begin shaping their futures—a period often filled with vulnerabilities and uncertainties that can cause stress whether they leave their home countries or not.

Additionally, I have worked extensively with both adults and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem.
My background in child psychiatry equips me with specialized knowledge of disorders that originated since childhood such as ADH

My academic milestones have always included child development studies together with my ongoing work with children and teens deepened my understanding of how early upbringing and our adulthood relationship with our parents affect our attachment styles that impact our friendships, romantic relationships, and family dynamics.
